The texture of fresh Royal Spirulina is like a pudding mixed with water. With basically no smell or taste, unlike powdered Spirulina which smells and tastes very unpleasant. When it is freshly harvested it is clean pure and is almost impossible to tell the difference between just water and Spirulina water.
